All units except hotel rooms have full kitchens.
None of the units have living rooms.
The two room suites are a hotel room and a studio with a connecting door.
Specific building, location, floor, room number or air-conditioning is
on a request basis only.
A premium surcharge payable at booking will guarantee special requests.
The surcharge is payable in advance, is non-refundable and
will NOT be applied as a deposit against the daily room rate.
The surcharge is non-transferable to alternate rooms or revised dates.

The project will run 9am thru 5pm six days per week.

Rates are in U.S. dollars and include 13.962 (Oahu) and 13.416% (Neighbor Island) Hotel Tax.
