ALOHA AIRLINES halt in operations!

We too, are saddened of the news regarding Aloha Airlines. All About HAWAII would like to advise you of our policies and procedures to accommodate your valued clients ticketed on Aloha Airlines.
Effective immediately, our experienced reservations team will assist you in offering other airline flight arrangements to accommodate your clients.
- All About HAWAII will honor the full value of the dollar amount of the Aloha Airlines ticket.
- All About HAWAII will obtain space on other airlines to accommodate your clients. Your clients will need to pay the additional collection amount of the airfare from the Aloha Airlines ticket value to the cost of the new airline ticket amount. This will apply to published, contract or web fares.
- All About HAWAII requests that you DO NOT advise your clients to "dispute the credit card charges" originally made to All About HAWAII. If a charge back is initiated, this WILL PREVENT All About HAWAII from changing the record.
- If you have a booking that has previously been adjusted or a "charge back" initiated, please advise us immediately. Any of these bookings will be reviewed and adjusted. You will be contacted immediately.
