IMPORTANT:

  •   Trip Cancellation & Interruption Program covers total trip cost except service fees.  
  • Pre-existing medical restrictions waived if insurance purchased with initial deposit.   
  • All About Hawaii will provide an administrative reimbursement to the retail travel agency for trip cancellation claims paid by Insurer.  Claims must be covered under the provisions for the insurance coverage purchased from All About Hawaii.  Other covered claims i.e.:  trip interruption, travel or baggage delay, etc. are not eligible for reimbursement. The administrative reimbursement is $50.00 per booking for individual coverage and $100 per booking for family coverage. 
  • A family is considered husband, wife and unmarried children under 25. 
  • This program does not cover travel items not purchased through All About Hawaii.      
  • Exclusions apply to certain medical conditions. 
  • All About Hawaii is not responsible for Insure America claims for the client or travel agent. 
  • Upon purchase, Insurance is non-refundable.

Trip cancellation and Interruption pays lost deposits and additional expenses due to unforeseeable sickness, injury or death of Insured, a family member.  (Please consult the Insure America Brochure for more information). 

Baggage Delay pays up to the maximum limit for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by the Insured, if the Insured's baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours. (Please consult the Insure America Brochure for more information.)

Travel Delay pays up to the maximum limit of coverage if the Insured's trip is delayed for more than 12 hours for reasonable, additional accommodations and traveling expenses until travel becomes possible.  This benefit is payable for only one delay for all Insured.  (Please consult the Insure America Brochure for more information.)

 

Baggage & Travel Documents covers loss of Insured's luggage and personal possesions even if borrowed or rented. Covers loss of passports, visas and unauthorized use of credit cardss if Insured complies with credit card conditions.

Travel Guard Assistance has over 25 Assistance Centers which are staffed with a team of multilingual professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  They are there to help you with 24 hour medical, legal or travel assistance.
