Aloha and Welcome to Hawaii!!

All About Hawaii travelers will be met at the airport by an Aloha VIP Tours representative to help with baggage and transfers. A traditional lei greeting is available upon request for that special Hawaiian Welcome.

While in Hawaii the Aloha VIP staff will be able to assist you during your stay. They are also available to arrange a variety of activities, tours and show.

Honolulu Lei greeting and transfer packages include:
$36.00 per person

Orientation:
Our welcome breakfast reception takes place daily in Waikiki. Our breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, hash browns or tater tots, muffin and fruits. Free transportation is provided by Maui Divers. Your client will be advised of their pickup time from their hotel upon arrival in Honolulu or by calling Aloha V.I.P. Tours at 955-5900 for information.
We recommend your client attend the breakfast orientation to obtain valuable information about tours and activities that will help them enjoy their stay in Hawaii. Door prizes, such as tours, will be given away as well as complimentary visits to Hilo Hatties Fashion Center and Maui Divers Jewelry Design Center.

Hospitality/Travel Desks:
All About Hawaii and Aloha V.I.P. Tours have six hospitality desks conveniently located in Waikiki. In addition to planning individual requests for sight-seeing, the escort assigned will be responsible for coordination of daily activities, arrival and departure information and baggage handling. Desks are open weekdays 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, weekends and holidays 7:00 am - 4:00 pm plus Christmas and New Year’s Day 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Above harbor transfers are available to the harbor for cruise ships. Pick up time at Honolulu Harbor must be established at time of booking. Passengers not available within 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time at the harbor will be considered as “no show” passengers. Limousine and Private Sedan Transfers are also available.


Optional Tours:
Excursions and trips are available for individuals or groups. Aloha V.I.P. can provide special events and tours to local points of interest via motorcoach, van or flightsee helicopters. Special dinner shows, catamaran sailings and island tours can also be arranged.

A cancellation penalty of unused segment price will be applied to lei greetings and transfers not cancelled within 72 hours of arrival.

Infant Car Seats: There is no charge for infants providing the infant does not occupy a seat in the transfer vehicle. If passenger chooses to bring a car seat for their infant they must pay for the occupied seat. Car seats are not available for rent or use from our transportation suppliers.

Handicap Passengers: Aloha VIP features handicap accessible transportation. Notification is required in advance for the appropriate vehicle to pick up passengers. Handicap Transfers are NOT available on Kauai.

Baggage: Each passenger is entitled to have two (2) pieces of baggage. There will be an additional charge for golf bags, sports equipment, band instruments, bicycles, surfboards (6 feet and under in size), and other unusual size baggage that require special handling. Airport transfer services will not be provided if passengers are traveling with any piece of luggage (including surfboards) that measures over six (6) feet in length. All additional baggage charges are payable directly to the transportation provider at time of service. Liability, if any, for the loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of baggage shall not exceed $500.00 for any single piece or $1,000.00 in the aggregate for any single passenger. In no case shall carrier’s liability exceed these limits for cost of repair, replacement or actual cash value. Carrier shall not be liable for loss of, damage to, or delay of delivery of any baggage that is not acceptable for transportation. Claims must be filed with carrier within 24 hours of passengers arrival date and a written notice must be received within 30 days of arrival.
